What is your returns policy?

We will issue a full refund for faulty products or if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason providing the following criteria are met. 1. Product was purchased from Dragon Networks. 2. Product purchase occurred within the last 30 days. 3. The product is returned intact in the original packaging with all supplied accessories.
